Eliminate toxins, "rest" the liver and kidneys, lose weight and boost energy. Products include juice cleanses, detox teas and activated charcoal.

What Does Science Say?

There is no reliable evidence that commercial detox products work — because your body already detoxifies itself. The liver neutralises foreign substances; the kidneys filter around 200 litres of blood per day.

What Actually Supports Your Organs?

Drinking 1.5–2 litres of water per day, limiting alcohol, eating vegetables, exercising, sleeping enough and not smoking — free and proven.
